Hello, my name is Susanne and travel is my Passion!
I’ve been traveling all of my life and look forward to sharing my love of travel with you. I grew up in Southern California, where I became a certified travel agent before moving to Germany over 30 years ago. Not only am I fluent in English and German, but I am also fluent in Travel. Living in Europe has given me the opportunity to visit many wonderful places and experience them first hand, including Germany, Italy, France, Austria, and the UK … along with many other countries around the world, soaking up their culture as much as possible.
Beyond the Moon Travel is affiliated with OASIS and Signature Travel Network. These affiliations allow me access to a host of destination specialists, cruise lines, hotels, and land tour operators, who provide me with many options, amenities and benefits for my clients. Groups are my specialty, whether by land or sea, but I also enjoy planning luxury travel, river and ocean cruises, family vacations (Disney and more), all-inclusive resorts, reunions, tour packages and hotels.
I am a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), having earned my designation from The Travel Institute, the oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization in the travel industry. These credentials require that I have at least 18 months of travel industry work experience, completed rigorous certification and testing, and continue to fulfill stringent education credit requirements each year. Much like an accountant or doctor with their respective credentials, my CTA designation means that I am committed to upholding the highest standards of my profession while providing expert advice to my customers.
I’d love to share my many years of experience in the travel industry with you. As your travel advisor, I will do my best to make your travel dreams come true. My work is detail oriented to help create experiences designed especially for you.
